It's The Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel at some event in Manhattan recently (left) -- and the doll in the "Saw" films (right).Bethenny Frankel's cheek bones are unlike anything I have ever seen. I remember season 1 of the Real Housewives of New York City was the first time that I saw Bethenny and I could not stop staring at her face. I am surprised she has not gotten some kind of surgery for that yet. Her cheek and jaw bones stick out so far, her face is literally a pentaon.
