The Potomack Company sold the Sari on October 2nd for $7000. They had also estimated that Salah's dress would go in the $2,000 to $3,000 range but the bidding was fierce from the standing room only crowd.
The red Sari was sold to James Packard-Gomez, co-owner of the Erwin Gomez Salon & Spa. This was the place the Slahis' got ready at before they crashed the White House dinner. Michaele Salahi claims that the proceeds of the dress will go to a couple of charities. But is that the truth? Now that the Salahis' are in debt, I am sure that the money will be spent on more cheap, white stretch limos to cart them around while cameras are present.
