So tonight is the second episode of season 2 of Glee and tonight is the Britney episode! Like many other girls my age, Britney Spears was a huge deal when I was growing up. I had so many posters of her in my room and had all of her CD’s. So to say that I am excited for this episode could possibly be an understatement. Here’s a sneak peak at tonight’s episode.
Also, I was watching last week’s episode with my friend who had missed it on Tuesday night. While I was watching, I realized that the girls in Glee must have had some dance lessons over the summer or something finally clicked inside of them. All of the girls seemed to be able to move much better and freely, especially when they performed “Empire State of Mind” by Jay-Z and Alicia Keys. I think that they look less awkward and more comfortable with the moves that they are performing.
On Novemeber 24, 2009, Tareq and Michaele Salahi crashed the Obamas' First State dinner at the White House. Sources told ABC news that the initial secret service officer waived them in, assuming that the next officer would check them off the guest list. The White House guesses this was a publicity stunt for them to be apart of the show, The Real Housewives of DC.
The Salahi's arrived at about 7:00 pm with the BRAVO TV crew. The couple continued through the first checkpoint and then onto the next one. Their names should have been checked at the second station but were not. At 7:35 pm, the Salahi's walked into a secure entry hall, executing an almost impossible security breach.
At about 8:00 pm, the Salahi's entered the White House Blue Room, where they greeted President Obama, and India's Prime Minister Singh. By 8:30 pm they were in the dinner tent talking to vice president Joe Biden. By 9:00 pm, as dinner was being served, the Salahi's left the White House.
The lack of security could be blamed on the fact that it was raining. There was over 300 guests and security could have lost track, or had sympathy and granted entrance to the couple who looked like they belonged.
The White House says the couple was not invited. But Paul Gardner, the Salahi's attorney, has suggested this was a misunderstanding. "My clients were cleared, by the White House, to be there," he said.
Last episode of the last season was crazy! There was a shooter in the Seattle Grace hospital. If you don’t remember who the shooter was it was Mr. Clark, the man who is suing the hospital because of his wives death. The reason he is doing this is because he believes that she would have recovered and should not have been taken off life support, which ultimately lead to her death.
You followed Mr. Clark around the hospital on his quest to find Derek Shepard. He shot many people, including Alex Karev and Derek. The episode cut off here:
So that is obliviously a huge cliff hanging. I think it is a little ridiculous they made us wait a few months before we found out what ended up happening and if Shepard survived. But it just made our excitement build up well we were waiting.
But luckily the new season is finally here! And we got to see what happened to Derek and the rest of the cast.
The season started with Derek, aka McDreamy, announcing that he is resigning as the chief of surgery and announcing that Richard Webber will be once again be the chief. Later you find out the reason that he decided to resign was because he didn’t like the job and that he is a surgeon and that is what he wants to do.
This episode mostly focuses on all the different characters in their appointment with the hospitals leading psychiatrist. This is when you start to see what each of them were feeling that day and how it has affected them in the long run. Most of them are dealing okay but it obliviously still affects them.
But on a happy note, Cristina Yang and Hunt finally tie the knot!
I personally found that this episode was very confusing. I was never really sure when they were showing flashbacks from that horrible day. It was just kind of in jumbles and more than half the time I had no idea what they were talking about. I feel that maybe there were just too many flashbacks, which made it harder to understand. The present seemed to get mixed with the past.
In the second episode of the new drama-filled season of 90210, we find out that Naomi becomes super rich when she gets to inherit the money from her trust fund. Of course, what better way to celebrate her new inheritance and her 18th birthday than to throw the biggest bash you can ever imagine! Although she is more happy than she has been in a long time (since she was raped by Mr. Cannon), she gets caught in a web of lies with Silver and things really start to heat up. Throughout this episode, Silver has just been lied to over and over again. First, she confronted Teddy about his drinking problem and then at Naomi's party, he straight up lied to her and said he didn't drink when he did. Then, Naomi lies to her about being drugged and not remembering hitting on Teddy. On top of all that, her new advisor who happens to be Mr. Cannon lies to her about Naomi and his intentions.
As for Mr. Cannon, we learn in the beginning of the episode that he is assigned as Silver's senior year advisor. I know what you're thinking: this can't be good for Silver. Well, actually he meets with her one on one to talk and they both seem to get along. During their one on one interview/talk, Silver tells him about her problems with Teddy and Naomi while Mr. Cannon tells Silver that his wife left him. Hmmm...and what does Silver have to say in return? Well, other than saying how sorry she is, she also doesn't forget to mention how great and kind he is. I mean it's just so creepy how this interview goes. It is so creepy, I can't even explain in words so here's a clip of the interview between Silver and Mr. Cannon plus a little extra.n.enjoy!
Well, tell me that wasn't creepy! Wow, what was Silver thinking and what the hell is wrong with Mr. Cannon! Like what the hell seriously...ughh I hate Mr. Cannon! How creepy like seriously thats just messed up on his part for stealing her scarf and just the whole thing! The worst part about this whole thing is that Naomi hasn't told anyone about Mr. Cannon raping her, so no one knows how dangerous he is! I mean especially Silver! Actually, later on Naomi finds out that Silver went to meet Mr. Cannon after leaving her birthday party and storms out to warn Silver. Unfortunately, after Mr. Cannon brainwashed Silver, she is just so disgusted with Naomi and doesn't believe a word she has to say. I mean how sad is that for Naomi to have gotten raped, but even more, that no one will believe her...at least not yet. Well, I think that's enough about Mr. Cannon.
So, what else happened the night of Naomi's birthday bash? This episode is packed with an even juicier plot when we start to notice that Oscar, that Australian hunk, is obviously trying to break Ivy and Dixon up. It only gets better when we discover that Oscar is actually sleeping with Ivy's mom! Seriously...what a whore! As for Ivy's mom, what the hell is she thinking?! What dumb bitch whore! Well anyways, Oscar apologizes to Dixon about spending so much time with Ivy and says the ONLY reason was because he had no one else..no friends. So, Dixon said he would introduce him to his buddies. So, Dixon, Oscar, Teddy, and Navid go out and drink. It was all fun and everything was going great until some girls wanted to do belly shots with Dixon and he hesitantly agreed. Next thing you know, cameras are flashing and Ivy chews Dixon out. Apparently, the pictures were all over facebook and she was humiliated. Interesting...you might be wondering how these pictures got up on facebook right? Let's just say our friend, Oscar, knows more about that than you think. It turns out that later on we find him paying off those girls that did the belly shots. Looks like Oscar's trying to create drama for Dixon and Ivy!
We are also introduced to a new character named Charlie. Annie meets this theater geek from UCLA and they seem to have chemistry. Annie seems to be impressed with him. They even exchange numbers and Charlie asks Annie on a date, but she said no because she has "unresolved" issues with Liam. Next thing you know, Charlie shows up at West Bev to leave a message for a student. Is he just another psycho like Jasper?? Well, we hope not! But apparently, that message was actually for Liam. Why you might ask? Well, turns out Charlie is Liam's half brother!! However, as for Liam, he gets surprisingly positive approval from Naomi to date Annie so he goes for it and asks Annie out on a romantic date he planned to be on the boat that he's been staying at all summer. However, during the date, it turns out it isn't really even his boat!! This isn't good because the owner calls the cops and Annie is super mad and disappointed. Annie tells Liam that she is still on probation and she just couldn't believe it. She leaves Liam there. Sorry Annie, I guess Liam isn't as charming as he looks huh? So, what does Annie do now? She inviteds Charlie (instead of Liam) as her date to Naomi's party!!
Jen also surprisingly almost went into labor, and who happened to be there? Ryan! Well, that's like the last person she would want there. However, her assistant quit on her and Jen called the only person she knew would be there for her which was Ryan. She's also ordered by doctors to stay on bed rest until she delievers her baby. However, Ryan said he would only be there for her if she signed a paper petition to be the baby's father. Furthermore, she would have to agree to let him move in with her for the sake of the baby.
Now, what's up with Adrianna?? Well, she is scared that Laurel didn't like the song that she stole from Javier. However, it turns out that Laurel not only liked it, but she loved it. She loved it so much that she wants Adrianna to perform it at Javier's funeral...this can't be good!!

All right. So last Tuesday’s premiere was full of new drama, characters, and story lines, just as expected. I thought that the episode was excellent and actually ended up watching it twice.
In the episode, we got caught up with what happened over the summer. Finn and Rachel dated all summer and continue to date now that school has started up again…at least so far. Quinn seems to be fine since she gave her baby up for adoption on the season one finale. Santana ended up getting a boob job over the summer. Tina broke things off with Artie after getting close to Mike over the summer at an Asian camp. Artie doesn’t like it and wants to get her back.
Now that school has begun, the glee clubbers think that their fellow peers will be more receptive to them and they won’t be the outcasts of the school anymore. You quickly realize that nothing has changed when Kurt gets a slushie to the face in the first 3 minutes of the episode. Mr. Schuester thinks that since nationals are in New York City this year, more people will sign up to join the glee club.
Also in the beginning of the episode, the rivalry between Schuester and Sue continues. However, moments after their mini battle, Principle Figgins announces that he is cutting both of their budgets and that it is going to the football team under the new coach, Shannon Beiste. Sue and Schuester realize that they must team up in order to bring Bieste down. They do multiple different pranks, but eventually Schuester breaks down and realizes that he shouldn’t be doing such mean things towards her. So the battle between Schu and Sue continues.
While posting up more sign-up sheets, Rachel and Finn run into what looks like the two new members of glee club. Rachel runs into the new foreign exchange student Sunshine, who is played by Charice Pempengco. They end up singing “Telephone” by Lady Gaga. While Sunshine is having fun with it, Rachel is realizing that Sunshine is a really good singer and you see that Rachel doesn’t like this at all.
Finn runs into the new transfer student Sam, played by Chord Overstreet, in the locker room. Finn creeps on Sam while he is singing the song “Every Rose has Its Thorn” by Poison in the shower. Which is very similar to how Finn was discovered in season one.Finn eventually gets Sam to meet up in the choir room with the other guys in glee club. They end up singing “Billionaire” by Travie McCoy and Bruno Mars. And may I say, I instantly fell in love with Sam. Sorry Puck, but you have some competition for cutest guy in glee club.
Artie wants to get Tina back and he thinks that joining the football team will help. So he recruits Finn, thinking that if Finn talks to Beiste, she will let him join. However the plan doesn’t go over well. Beiste takes it the wrong way and ends up kicking Finn off of the team completely.
Sue takes Quinn back to the Cheerios cheerleading squad and she is the head cheerleader once again. Which makes a new rivalry between her and Santana. They even get in a fight in the middle of the hallway with a lot of slapping and hair pulling.
At the auditions for glee club, nobody ends up showing up. Everyone is surprised that Sunshine and Sam don’t show up. But then, Tina and Mike find out that Rachel actually sent Sunshine to a crack house. Rachel says that she did it for the team, even though everyone knows that Rachel just doesn’t want her spotlight taken away. Sunshine eventually gets to audition and sings “Listen” from the movie Dreamgirls. She knocks the song out like it is nothing. She is so powerful and soulful, but she has some pretty intense and distracting arm movements. But of course, the glee club welcomes her and they have a new powerful singer.
Finn confronts Sam about not auditioning. Sam explains how he doesn’t want to go through what Finn has. He also doesn’t think that joining the glee club will help him fit in since he is a transfer student. But Sam ends up making the football team and gets quarterback, which was Finn’s former spot. I think that this may cause some tension between them later on.
Meanwhile Schuester goes to officially welcome Sunshine to the club. When he gets there she is cleaning out her locker with Vocal Adrenaline’s director, played by Cheyenne Jackson. It turns out that Sue called the new director and told him about Sunshine and he bribes her to join. The glee club finds out and is instantly mad at Rachel.
Finn tells her and she thinks that he will break up with her. They end up telling each other that they will never break up with each other and kiss (insert gross “Awwww” sound here). She goes to apologize for losing Sunshine, but first she must go sing to herself in the auditorium, because that’s obviously what everybody does when they are feeling bad. :) The episode ends with Rachel walking into the choir room to apologize.
The countdown for the season premiere for Desperate Housewives will soon come to an end!! Season 7 premieres in just 4 days & all us have been so desperate all summer for it!!

Bravo did it again by hiring Melissa Gorga as the new edition to the Real Housewives of New Jersey, a recipe for drama. The most recent arrival to the housewife family is Melissa Gorga. She is married to Giuseppe Gorga, Teresa Giudice's sister-in-law. Melissa has three children, two boys and one girl.
Although, this is not one big happy family. Teresa and Melissa have been feuding for quite some time. The comment that Danielle Staub made on the reunion show about a "nephew," was actually referring to Gorga's newborn son. (refer back to earlier post) Teresa believes that Melissa is a gold digger and refuses to come back to the show if Melissa joins.
Teresa and Joe Giudice are currently experiencing some extreme financial problems as they declared bankruptcy. There is no way that Teresa will walk away from the show, she needs the paycheck from Bravo to keep her dirty spending habits alive. Teresa most likely does not want her sister-in-law on the show because she will out do Teresa in every way. Gorda lives in a mansion that is twice the size of Giudices' foreclosed home and also has two nannies that live with them.
The Real Housewives family continues to grow as a new installment is added to Bravo. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills takes you inside one of the most glamorous cities in the world. The series premieres on Thursday, October 14 at 10 p.m ET. The series will follow six prominent women as they enjoy their luxurious lifestyles in Beverly Hills.

For all you 90210 fans out there, I'm sure you were just as excited as I was to watch the season 3 premiere last Monday! The premiere episode was full of excitement and suspense following last season's finale that left us all hanging for a whole summer! Now for the season premiere, I thought it was full with quite a lot of excitement and drama. First, an earthquake strikes Beverly Hills leaving everyone in shock! Then, of course, there's Naomi who's still dealing with the scars Mr. Cannon left after raping her. As for Annie, her and Dixon are going through their own dilemma from their father leaving. Additionally, their mom (Debbie) is having trouble trying to keep the family together. Dixon also returns with Ivy from his summer vacation in Australia. In the meantime, Annie also realizes that her friendship with Liam might not work. Unfortunately, Teddy gets injured and his future career in tennis might be at stake! Adrianna returns from her tour with Javier, but something TRAGIC happens!! **********SPOILER ALERT!!!************ JAVIER DIES WHEN THEY ARE RIDING IN THE LIMO!!! Yes, Glee fans! The new season premiere is in a mere 5 hours! Most gleeks have even been counting down the days since the end of the first season.Everyone is getting excited and anxious to see what the new season has to offer, including the new characters, songs, and drama…especially between Sue and Shue.
On the episode tonight, they will be trying to get more people to audition for the club. To make the glee club seem less nerdy, they decide that they are going to perform the song “Empire State of Mind” by Jay-Z featuring Alicia Keys. I love this song and am excited to see what they do with it.
I also can’t wait to see what happens between Finn and Rachel. We left off last season with Finn telling Rachel that he loved her right before their performance at regionals. Puck and Quinn’s relationship was also not really explained and I’m wondering what they are going to do with that.
I didn’t want to give away any spoilers, but I can’t wait for the Britney Spears episode and the Rocky Horror Picture Show episode! I can’t believe that they will be doing the Time Warp on Glee!

On The Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion show, tensions flared when Danielle Staub made a comment about Teresa Giudice's nephew. Staub asks Giudice, "Did you acknowledge your nephew?" Giudice then starts screaming at Staub by saying "Do not break up my family!" Viewers were confused by the nephew comments made on the reunion show. Whose baby was Danielle referring to? Why did this make Teresa lash out?
It turns out that the baby that Staub was referring to was Teresa Giudice's sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga. Melissa is 31 years old and is married to Teresa's brother. “Melissa’s husband used to have a landscaping business and then he got into real estate. And she used to do his paperwork as his secretary and now she is a housewife,” a Giudice family friend tells RadarOnline.
Behind the cameras there is a giant feud between the sister-in-laws that Danielle Staub was aware of. A family member told RadarOnline
“Teresa and Melissa don’t get along …They don’t speak.” Apparently when Gorga's son was born Giudice did not acknowledge him. Teresa states the opposite in an online comment, “In April, my newest nephew was born off camera. (No, not Jacqueline’s baby; Jacq and I are not related.) And no he’s not sick. He’s perfect and beautiful and we’re blessed to have him in our lives. If you all remember, I was scheduled to do the live Bravo Chat Bubble for a Real Housewives of New York episode the night he was born, and I was at the hospital so long, I was late logging in. So, yes, of course I was at the hospital when he was born!”
Fans have been asking, why does Teresa not like her sister-in-law? There has been speculation that Melissa Gorga slept with Teresa's husband, Joe, and fathered his child. Most likely the dislike is out of jealousy since Gorga lives in a $4 million mansion, twice the size of the Giudices.'

Some include Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill, Glee, Jersey Shore and many more. I guess you will just have to come back and see which other shows will be making an appearance.
